Project Brief

New build, contemporary dwelling adjacent to an historic Manor House known as Loraine in the Treloyan area of St Ives, designed for the owner of Loraine to build and move into. Contemporary design to contrast with and compliemtn the adjacent Manor House, with a mix of white rendered and timber clad walls, standing seam zinc roof with balconies to make the most of the distant sea views.
