It's been so nice seeing the timber frame of this

It's been so nice seeing the timber frame of this new build dwelling go up in recent weeks. It never ceases to amaze me what a difference it makes to have stunning seaviews framed by the window and door openings. So much so, in this case, that our client shed a tear when she first stood in the timber frame and looked at the views!

It's been great working with @_neil_rogers_
for the first time on this project, and as always, Tom @rbqsltd is keeping costs under close control!

Little throwback to early June, driving through Ze

Little throwback to early June, driving through Zennor on a picture-perfect day, this past project was looking absolutely stunning. We designed and detailed the conversion of this collection of Cottages and Barns to one large home for the farmer and his family, a 2 Bedroom Cottage and a 1 Bedroom Annexe for letting; the work done so beautifully by @symons_construction .

Great facilities with the opportunity to train under floodlights on a 3G pitch every Wednesday night. The Porthmeor Cup was so much fun last Sunday, and I was so stoked to make it to the semis. What could be more fun than surfing great waves with (and against) your mates?!
