It was great to re-visit this past project of mine

It was great to re-visit this past project of mine this week and see it sitting so comfortably in its well established gardens.

This is a semi-reverse level property in Carbis Bay, with its 1st floor entrance at road level, which takes advantage of the steeply sloping site. But the main living spaces are on the ground floor, to retain a strong physical connection with the gardens.

It was great to see this development getting so cl

It was great to see this development getting so close to completion today in the lead up to Christmas! From what was a disused farmyard on the outskirts of Connor Downs, will become a small community of 6 dwellings. The stone barn has been converted and extended to create 2 dwellings, adjacent to the mini terrace of 4 new build homes, which replaced a former concrete framed dutch barn-type agricultural shed. Only the front porches are left to be built on the barn. The development is due for completion in February, so watch this space for completion photos!
